Besides our events always having 300-1000 attendees on average, our events are always packed with amazing vendors with all types of products anyone could use for their household. Last year, we had over 1000 guests come to our events where we provided a platform for small business vendors to showcase and sell their products. This time, we’re making our next event, The 2nd Annual Culture Fest Fest, more special than ever. We’re expecting over 1000+ people to attend, and we’re so excited to expand our reach and further develop this annual event. Here is a brief synopsis for what we are hoping to achieve below: Our events have a focus on cultural diversity & inclusion. One way to learn about other cultures and explore cultural diversity deeper is to have children learn about and create artwork from another culture. Art has reflected the core values of different cultures for centuries and is a great way to learn more about other groups of people. Here are a few culturally-rich arts and crafts ideas that we had in mind. A flag-making activity (Representative of various cultures) Dreamcatchers (American-Indian) Origami (Japanese) Rangoli sand art (Indian) Paper mache maracas (Caribbean and Latin) We will have a photo booth and much more. This event will be held inside. Food vendors will need to have coverage if they sell cooked food at the event. 1 Business per booth! Electricity is provided as well as tables. Food Trucks: - Truck Space, please be able to provide insurance and food vendor permit. Please have utensils and paper towels for customers. Tent size must be at least 10x10 Must provide your own trash can and must clean up after sold out! Please provide a menu for the day of event. Prepare for long lines.. Food Trucks must comply with parking regulations. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERRED DATES
